SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The bereavement counselor is responsible to plan and implement interventions to meet the needs of families/caregivers from Harbor Hospice following the death of the individual Hospice patient, as well as grief and loss services to the community-at-large for all age populations.
