Part or Full Time Associate Acupuncturist

*Position Details

Associate Acupuncturist Employee Position (not Indepedent Contractor)

Four shifts per week need coverage, Mondays and Thursdays 2pm-8pm. Then adding 8am-2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Preference given to candidate who is committed to growing into a full time position.

Pay: $46K-72k a year, working 14-26 hours per week. Commission on herbs and supplements. IRA contribution. Potential paid vacation depending on number of shifts worked.

We provide the patients and training, and you focus on patient care.

Our flow is intentional and focused. We train you on systems so that you can give great treatments and NOT go home drained. We want you to make a GREAT living with us, doing what you love. If seeing 2 people per hour sounds overwhelming or exhausting to you, this is probably not a good fit. If you are a person who likes to flow at that pace and enjoys it, while giving great care, this would be a good fit for you. We do provide front desk support to our clinicians so that you are focused on patient care.

*This position does require some meeting times (about 1-1.5 hours a week), and the willingness to be coached in specific areas.

You genuinely enjoy this work and want to be busy treating patients.

You have graduated from an accredited school and can easily become licensed to practice acupuncture in Maryland. Ideally, you are bright and pick things up quickly!

*Who are we?

We are really good with building rapport with patients and will train you on how to build good relationships with patients so that your retention is great and you have the time to get fantastic results for them!

*We are a clinic specializing in pain and chronic illness. We also treat everything from pain, to women’s health, to digestion, autoimmune, allergies and asthma. We treat some children, but our primary focus is on adults of all ages.

*We would love someone who has an interest in cosmetic/microneedling as well as pain and chronic illness. We treat using 8 Principal, 5 Element, TAN, TCM, TPT and electro-acupuncture. Our approach is about getting to the root of the problem. If you are a herb nerd, all the better! We use gentle needling, good communication and a collaborative approach with our patients.

*We are a busy, insurance-based practice in lovely Severna Park, MD. We’ve got excellent community standing due to our deep commitment to patient care and results. We know how to speak to the patients that need our services, and are able to fill Associates’ schedules. Our team practices specific skills together to keep the healthy qi flowing so that working together is a reflection of the good qi we cultivate with patients. (Don’t worry, they are easy to learn and implement and we will teach them to you!). We have amazing systems in place that hold the flow so we are able to help a lot of patients in a way that is sustainable and regenerative.

Severna Park, MD is a great suburb of Annapolis. We are also 30 min from Baltimore and less than an hour to Washington DC.

We are a fast paced city/suburb driving community near all kinds of culture including museums, live theater, orchestras, and parks/public land.
