Harbor Health operates two Elder Service Plan Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, a program that allows frail elders to live in their homes and communities. Our Elder Service Plan has two medical and day centers in Mattapan and Brockton, MA and cares for more than 580 participants. We are currently seeking a Senior Community Marketing & Enrollment Specialist to join our team.

Role:
The Senior Community Marketing and Enrollment Specialist successfully guides elders and their caregivers in a timely manner through the Harbor Health Elder Service Plan enrollment process to increase overall enrollment in the program. The Senior Marketing and Enrollment Specialist is also responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and marketing strategies to reach objectives, manage interaction with internal PACE stakeholders and external business partners and coordinating all enrollment and marketing activities. The Senior Marketing and Enrollment Specialist will also be developing and maintaining key relationships for B2B-B2C enrollment and coordinating, project managing, and training and mentoring Intake Coordinators and Community Marketing and Enrollment Specialists.

The Senior Marketing and Enrollment Specialist will also be developing and maintaining key relationships for B2B-B2C enrollment and coordinating, project managing, and training and mentoring Intake Coordinators and Community Marketing and Enrollment Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Assists and participates in the development and implementation of effective marketing, outreach and communication strategies to successfully drive engagement within the ESP referral community to include organizations and individuals.
- Assists with the development and execution of enrollment strategies for existing and new target markets and provides ongoing market research to contribute to the growth of the program.
- Successfully guides elders and their caregivers in a timely manner through the Harbor Health Elder Service Plan enrollment process to increase overall enrollment in the program.
- Develops and implements effective communication strategies to reach objectives, manage interaction with internal PACE stakeholders and coordinating all enrollment activities.
- Provides functional supervision to Intake Coordinator and Community Marketing and Enrollment Specialists to include project managing, training and mentoring.
- Assists with the Marketing Plan development especially focusing on new referral types/ sources.
- Assists with the B2C/Community Marketing Initiatives, focusing on awareness & direct enrollment through qualification and engagement of referrals throughout the process.
- Promotes ESP awareness and understanding both internally and externally through networking, outreach, and onsite education at events, Harbor Health’s Community Health Centers, and presentations to community groups.
- Develops effective relationships with referral sources to communicate the benefits of referring clients to ESP.
- Develops effective relationships with key accounts and referral sources involving B2C enrollments to communicate the benefits of referring clients to ESP.
- Assists with the planning, organization and execution of marketing activities including events, health fairs, trade shows, community meetings etc. involving B2B and B2C referrals.
- Assists with the development and implementation of strategies to overcome referral barriers and identifies potential new ESP referral sources and internal cross-collaboration strategies with clinical/IDT teams
- Effectively manages the enrollment process and weekly enrollment tracker check-in meetings to meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals.
- Utilizes established best practices heightened with critical thinking and excellent time management skills to meet enrollment goals in a timely manner.
- Communicates, coordinates and schedules with operations staff for efficient and friendly enrollment process; coordinates and participates in all aspects of the enrollment assessment process.
- Completes all data collection utilizing the CRM software and mandated paperwork throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinates with Medicaid Specialist staff to ensure efficient enrollment in MassHealth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Public Health experience or related degree preferred, or 7-10 years of related sales experience may substitute for the degree
- Minimum of 5 years of complex, long sales cycle experience, including selling over the phone or face-to-face meetings, preferably with diverse populations, of which 3 plus years are in Healthcare or Elder Care Insurance industry
- Proven project management experience including track record of setting, achieving goals and closing multiple sales per month or account management with demonstrated in-account sales results
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and work independently
- Must be proactive, positive, driven self-starter who strives for results while demonstrating superior organizational and follow-up skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, resourcefulness, flexibility and problem solving to achieve desired results.
- Aptitude for assisting with the developing and implementing of strategies
- Proficiency with Adobe Pro (Adobe sign), Foxit, and MS Office 365 required including Word, Excel and Outlook & Teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize multiple software programs including CRM, Project Management, EHR, Office Suite, and PDF manipulation preferred.
- Experience in EHR platforms, specifically NextGen and/or Epic
- Ability to work non-standard hours when needed
- Bilingual preferred, especially Cape Verdean, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese and English
- Social work or CNA experience preferred and experience with CRM software preferred
- Must be able to travel in a timely manner to other Harbor sites and outside business partners as needed

Salary : $70,300 - $105,500
