Testing Technician II - Temp to Hire

The Testing Technician II is responsible for the testing and qualifying of products for sale in our retail stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tests and qualifies product for sale in our retail stores
• Function tests tools and equipment
• Ability to work individually and in a group environment
• Verify conformance to industry and regulatory safety standards
• Work with electronic testing equipment, small motor dynamometer, environmental chambers, hardness tester, and general hand tools
• Prepare written test reports in a web-based software program
• Participates in the analytical review of new or revised parts, materials, and products; including charts and Excel graphs
• Occasional overtime required
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

The anticipated range for this position is $19.86 – $24.90 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
