Join our team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly handling food and beverage orders.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with accuracy
- Serve drinks and meals efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds expectations
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments seamlessly
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Handling credit/debit responsibilities accurately
- Assist with setting up stations, side work and serving guests professionally
Experience
- 1 years experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with dine-in restaurant and/or bar environments
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Experience with alcohol knowledge and alcohol sales
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Must have reliable transportation
- Active PA RAMP Certification is preferred. If candidate does not have a RAMP Certification, it must be obtained upon hire.
