What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech/Resident Care Assistant - Senior Living position at Harbor Cove Memory Care?

Areas of focus are clinical care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, regulation compliance and staff retention & development. This role directly supervises, motivates and encourages all resident care staff.

- Considerable knowledge of medication management and administration with excellent critical thinking skills

- Proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve excellent quality of life
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- High level of organization & attention to detail

- Highly skilled in Microsoft applications

Requirements:
- Current Med Tech Certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of medication management experience preferably in the Senior Living environment
