Office Manager - Harbor Cleaning Services
Location: Gig Harbor, WA
Pay: $22–$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company that takes pride in our high quality service and strong team support! We’re looking for a Rockstar Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organized, efficient, and moving forward.
This is NOT a sit-back desk job- we're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps the entire office running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of the our daily operations and the central point between clients, cleaners, and management.
- Manage daily scheduling (20 jobs/day) using ZenMaid
- Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email
- Handle reschedules, new clients, and job updates
- Send invoices and follow up on payments and deposits
- Maintain clear, detailed job notes for cleaning teams
- Coordinate with staff on availability, issues, and updates
- Order and track supplies as needed
- Support hiring tasks (review applicants, schedule and conduct interviews)
- Handle day-to-day problem solving (client concerns, time adjustments, etc.)
- Track employee time and performance
- Manage and track leads, sales, and client data
- Creating fun and motivating bonus structures and team incentives
- Light marketing and social media posts
- Supply picks up and drop offs, as needed
- Responsible for daily washing of rags and vacuum maintenance
Requirements
- Strong organization and time management
- Comfortable handling high message volume (calls/texts/emails)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Clear and professional communication
- Experience with scheduling software (ZenMaid or similar preferred)
- Computer skills (Google Sheets, email, etc.)
Previous office management, operations, or administrative experience preferred
