What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Harbor Auto?
Harbor Auto Used Parts has been serving the Lynn community for over 100 years. Our goal is to provide quality auto parts that help customers save money. We are seeking a friendly and sales-oriented individual to join our growing team!
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Assist customers in purchasing used auto parts
- Write work orders and invoices and process transactions
- Occasionally lift and handle heavy, greasy, or awkwardly shaped parts
- Maintain a clean front desk area and lobby
- Provide customer service and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Assist in photographing parts when sales are not being conducted
The ideal candidate must have:
- A basic knowledge of auto parts
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
