Harbor Audiology is currently seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) / Hearing Aid Specialist / Dispenser to join our growing team in Longview, WA.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients ages 5 and up
- Provide patient-centered care, education, and counseling
- Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM) and best practices
- Take earmold impressions and manage follow-up care and adjustments
- Advocate for the best hearing solutions tailored to each patient's needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with referring physicians
- Participate in community outreach events (health fairs, senior living events, etc.)
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (or eligible for licensure in WA)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to delivering individualized, top-tier patient care
