What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our Longview team, you’ll have the independence to manage your patients while benefiting from strong clinical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults (18 )
  • Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
  • Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
  • Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
  • Providing ongoing follow-up care and long-term patient support
  • Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating care with referring physicians
  • Participating in community outreach events and educational seminars
  • Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

  • Committed to clinical best practices and high standards of care
  • Skilled in diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
  • Sales experience a plus (not required)
