What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Port Angeles team, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while receiving full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients
  • Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
  • Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
  • Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
  • Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support
  • Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
  • Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians
  • Participating in community outreach, health fairs, and educational events
  • Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional who is:

  • Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator
  • Committed to clinical best practices and high standards of care
  • Skilled in diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
  • Sales experience a plus, but not required
  • New graduates are welcome—we offer mentorship and professional development support
