What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Port Angeles team, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while receiving full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients
- Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
- Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
- Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support
- Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
- Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians
- Participating in community outreach, health fairs, and educational events
- Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

- Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator
- Committed to clinical best practices and high standards of care
- Skilled in diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
- Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
- New graduates are welcome—we offer mentorship and professional development support
