This role is 100% on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in New York City.
The Role
You will work closely with leadership on program economics and how we price and evaluate risk.
What You'll Do
- Own program economics modeling, including loss ratios, combined ratios, ceding structures, carrier margins, and profitability analysis across our program portfolio
- Build and maintain pricing models for E&S and specialty lines, working with sparse or non-standard data
- Evaluate new program opportunities, stress-test assumptions, validate loss costs, and produce clear output for internal decisions and partner conversations
- Support carrier and MGA partners with actuarial documentation and due diligence requests
- Support loss development and trend analysis across program lines
- Establish and maintain reserving frameworks
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of actuarial or quantitative insurance experience in P&C, preferably in specialty, E&S, or programs
- Deep familiarity with ratemaking, loss development, and program performance metrics
Nice to Have
- ACAS/FCAS designation or active pursuit
- Experience in program business, MGA environments, or InsurTech
- Exposure to captive structures or alternative risk transfer
- Prior work supporting carrier partners on program launches or audits
