HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Office Coordinator II.
Summary
The Office Coordinator II supports the Plant Manager and Department Managers by performing a variety of administrative duties such as processing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing subcontractors and customers, and assisting in inventory counts. This position is also responsible for compiling and distributing monthly reports.
Responsibilities
- Handling Human Resources functions including verifying weekly timecards and entering into ERP system, checking weekly payroll register for correctness; coordinating with corporate payroll and HR, processing new hire paperwork, benefits, payroll and fielding basic HR questions
- Processing accounts payable invoices; Preparing invoices for subcontractor payments and maintaining records; Generating and entering sales orders into ERP system
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports
- Purchasing and ensuring proper level of supplies are kept on hand at plant; Maintaining office supplies
- Processes accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- The Office Coordinator II requires two (2) – four (4) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.
- Requires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
- Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
- Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail

- Physical Activity: Requires more than 2/3 of time using hands/fingers to handle and/or feel or reaching with hands and arms; 1/3 to 2/3 of time sitting, talking or hearing; less than 1/3 of time standing or walking.
- Lifting: Requires lifting up to 25 pounds less than 1/3 of time.
- Vision: Requires accurate close and distance vision and the ability to focus.
- Environment: Requires more than 2/3 of time in an office setting with very limited exposure.
- Noise: Requires exposure to moderate noise.
