You will gain hands-on experience in areas, such as data analytics, CRM implementations, and financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing CRM system implementation, including data validation, reporting, and analytics
- Assist in reconciling data between Power BI and Oracle Cloud, ensuring alignment and accuracy across systems
- Validate and test report outputs from new systems to ensure data integrity and usability
- Compile and analyze competitor, market, and industry intelligence to support commercial strategy
- Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed across both teams
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within Commercial Excellence and Finance
- Gain practical experience working with enterprise systems including CRM platforms, Power BI, and Oracle Cloud
- Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world business applications
- Exposure to commercial strategy, financial processes, and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and IT
- Build a strong foundation in corporate operations within a manufacturing environment
- Pursuing a BS degree in business, finance or other related fields
- Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement
- Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
- Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
- Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
