Job Title: Warehouse Operations & Facility Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and hardworking Warehouse Operations Technician to support the launch and daily maintenance of our new distribution facility. This is a "hands-on" role where no two days are the same. When you aren't operating machinery to move inventory, you are the person who ensures our facility stays clean, organized, fully stocked, and running at peak performance. If you have mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and enjoy keeping an operation running smoothly, this is the role for you.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Safely operate heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) to load/unload shipments, stack pallets, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and prevent downtime.
• Facility Care: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily janitorial tasks, trash removal, and keeping common areas and loading bays clear of debris.
• Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor and restock essential facility supplies; assist with routine cycle counts and verify shipping/receiving manifests for accuracy.
• General Labor: Assist with manual order picking, packing, and any other general labor tasks necessary to fulfill customer demands and keep the facility operational.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment Proficiency: Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar industrial machinery.
• Mechanical & Maintenance Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance.
• Reliability & Versatility: A "can-do" attitude with the willingness to jump between high-intensity machine operation and routine facility upkeep.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate inventory logs and follow specific cleaning and organizing protocols.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy loads throughout a full shift.
• Basic Math/Tech Skills: Capable of handling inventory documentation and using basic digital tools for record-keeping.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
