Job Summary
As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the safe and efficient flow of products from production to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging in a team effort obtaining efficient product flow from Production to warehouse and to the customer.
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (Load, Pack, Wrap, Label, Ship).
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products and movements between buildings using WMS.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization while following ingredients certification standards.
- Perform Physical Inventory as requested.
- Follow FIFO Procedures on Finish Products and Raw Materials.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, Scissor Lift, etc).
- Maintain supply flow to production Lines (Raw material, packaging material, etc) and communicate any kind of problems immediately to your Supervisor.
- Cover breaks on a rotating base and any other duties following the instruction of your Supervisor.
- Follow quality service standards (shelf life on FP) and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete reports by entering the required information (Google Sheets and Forms).
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Standing 100% of the time.
- Continuously lifting cases and ingredients of up to 50lbs.
Preferred: HACCP training and/or bilingual (English/Spanish).
