Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic production tasks including equipment setup and breakdown in alignment with manufacturing procedures
- Follow established safety protocols and operational standards in a cleanroom or controlled environment
- Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain clear and legible documentation as required for quality assurance
- Communicate regularly with shift leads, team members, and production coordinators to ensure smooth hand-offs and consistent output
- Participate in hands-on training related to 5S principles and standardized workflows
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven setting
- Basic computer literacy (data entry, navigating digital instructions)
