Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives across a complex manufacturing environment. This individual will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to influence change at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance through process optimization and waste reduction.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve business outcomes.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping exercises, and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and other functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational effectiveness.
- Validate and communicate operational, productivity, and financial impacts resulting from improvement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor leaders and team members on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
- Support the development of standardized processes, management systems, and performance governance structures.
- Promote a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, manufacturing operations, or process improvement leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost reduction, or operational performance.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with change management principles and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or enterprise-wide improvement programs.
- Ability to drive cultural change and build long-term continuous improvement capability within an organization.
Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
