- Backup Driving (if needed): 3:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Job Description
Har-e-up Courier is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Sorter to organize and prepare freight for daily delivery routes. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring drivers depart on time with correctly sorted packages.
This position also serves as a backup delivery driver when a scheduled driver is unavailable, so flexibility and dependability are a must.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize packages by route and delivery order
- Stage freight for drivers for efficient loading
- Verify shipment accuracy and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized hub area
- Fill in on delivery routes when needed
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- Must be punctual and dependable (early morning start required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move packages regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus
