The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruiter & HR Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting HR operations and admin. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and global teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and manage approvals.
- Post openings across job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct resume reviews and lead the first HR interview to confirm candidate background, motivation, location preferences, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and support hiring managers in making decisions.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Handle administrative HR tasks such as updating trackers, maintaining recruitment systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monday.com), and documenting feedback.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Promote compliance, diversity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter (experience in fast-paced or startup environments preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with candidates and managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monday.com).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.

The annual compensation range for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000 USD
