Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and client-focused massage therapist who is passionate about therapeutic bodywork and wellness. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing exceptional care, maintaining professional standards, and creating a relaxing, welcoming experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional therapeutic massage services based on client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Conduct client consultations and review relevant intake forms before treatments.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide appropriate aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, peaceful, and sanitary treatment room.
- Follow all applicable Tennessee licensing requirements, professional standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
- Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Work independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Help clients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout their wellness experience.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Tennessee Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license required.
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and reliable.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Passion for therapeutic massage, wellness, and helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professionalism, client confidentiality, and quality care.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
- Knowledgeable in Holistic Health and Essential oils
- Would like someone certified in Lymphatic Massage (not a requirement)
