At Happy’s, our Caddies are the first face guests see and a huge part of keeping the fun running smoothly!
You’ll greet guests, check IDs, manage reservations and waitlists, get groups set up for golf & bowling, answer questions, and help keep things organized when the bar gets busy.
If you’re social, confident, and dependable, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests & check IDs
- Set up guests on TrackMan golf bays & bowling lanes
- Manage reservations, waitlists & walk-ins
- Answer phones and guest questions
- Process game payments through the POS
- Help keep guest traffic organized on busy nights
- Communicate with bartenders, servers & managers
- Help run food or jump in where the team needs you
- Be friendly while confidently enforcing house rules
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18
- Outgoing, friendly & comfortable talking to new people
- Quick on your feet and able to stay calm when it gets busy
- Reliable & punctual
- Confident enough to be firm when needed
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
- Golf knowledge is a bonus
Schedule
Friday–Sunday availability preferred
