Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the overall organization, cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness of the store and warehouse. This position plays a critical role in ensuring appliances and mattresses are properly received, staged, stocked, pulled, and prepared for customers and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, physically capable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Pull and stage customer deliveries accurately and on time.
- Pull products for customer pickups and delivery routes.
- Restock appliances and mattresses throughout the store and warehouse.
- Move inventory as directed by management.
- Organize inventory in designated locations.
- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Maintain proper inventory placement and warehouse flow.
Store Maintenance & Appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, showroom, and exterior areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and clean assigned areas daily.
- Wipe down appliances, mattresses, displays, and fixtures as needed.
- Remove trash and maintain clean workspaces.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed neatly and professionally.
- Assist with resetting displays and moving products as needed.
Swap, Return & Service Areas
- Move returned, swapped, or serviced products to designated locations.
- Ensure all products are properly staged in their assigned areas.
- Maintain organization of swap, return, clearance, and repair sections.
- Assist management in identifying misplaced inventory and correcting issues.
General Labor & Support
- Assist store managers and team members with operational tasks.
- Safely lift, move, load, and unload appliances and mattresses.
- Follow company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Complete all tasks assigned by store management.
- Support overall store operations wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances and mattresses safely.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, or labor experience is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
