Team Mortgage Loan Officer
Location: In Office / Chico, CA

For this role, we’re hiring Team Loan Officers who want a high-support environment, real mentorship, and consistent opportunities to work with new clients.

No Mortgage Experience Required
You don’t need prior mortgage experience or licensing to start. We can help guide you through the licensing process and train you on everything you need to succeed.

High Volume of Online Leads
Unlike traditional loan officer roles where you must generate your own business, our team works with a steady flow of inbound opportunities.
You’ll have access to:
- Approximately 300 online leads per month
- Borrowers already looking for mortgage solutions
- Systems designed to quickly connect you with potential clients
This creates a strong opportunity for consistent conversations and pipeline growth.
Full Team Support & Sales Mentorship
You won’t be figuring things out on your own.
Our structure includes hands-on guidance from experienced loan officers and operational support to help you succeed.
You’ll receive:
- Sales mentorship and deal structuring guidance
- Help with complex scenarios
- Processing and operations support
- CRM and lead management systems
- Ongoing coaching to improve conversion and production
This role is designed to help you develop real mortgage expertise while actively working with clients.
- Obtain your NMLS license
- Respond to and follow up with inbound online leads
- Speak with borrowers about their home financing goals
- Collect initial borrower information and guide them through next steps
- Work with senior loan officers and processors to structure loans
- Stay organized with lead follow-up and pipeline management
- Continue developing sales and mortgage knowledge through training and mentorship
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly motivated and coachable
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Organized and responsive with follow-up
- Interested in building a long-term career in mortgage lending
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
