6. Document and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate staff.
7. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care for residents.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in caregiving or residential care is preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to others.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Certification in First Aid and CPR.
7. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
