- Handle customer transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide information about services such as dry cleaning, laundry, or other offerings, ensuring clear communication of options and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter area to create an inviting atmosphere
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product availability
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude, escalating issues to management when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred
- Knowledge of dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
