Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest hospitality standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Manage housekeeping cart and inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely, friendly manner
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete room turnovers efficiently
