JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Slot Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing slot machines to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in creating a seamless gaming experience for our patrons.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCNTIONS:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with gaming regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with gaming machines, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Install new slot machines and perform software updates as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, including parts inventory and service logs.
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from customers and staff regarding machine operation.
• Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of gaming technologies.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment.
• Continuously seek to improve technical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

• Ability to be approved for and maintain appropriate gaming license issues by PGCB.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Slot Technician or in a similar technical role within the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
