Summary
- Our amazing Christian preschool needs a customer service/office assistant.
- Be a support to the Director, our families and staff.
- This position is as much as you want it to be--room to grow into an Assistant Director position!
Duties
- Greet children, families, and visitors with a welcoming, positive presence.
- Manage and monitor supply inventory to keep classrooms well-stocked and running smoothly.
- Help maintain and organize equipment, ensuring everything is up to date and in good condition.
- Support daily office operations and ensure the office is properly closed at the end of each day.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating our Facebook page and other social media platforms.
- Use tools like Google Sheets to track information and stay organized.
- Handle phones, inquiries, email and marketing websites.
- Keep files for students and employees in compliance.
- Learn and grow into support with billing and finances.
Requirements
- Excellent, grammatically correct English (Bilingual a plus).
- High proficiency in spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a high degree of punctuality.
- Flexibility for occasional late-day parent pickups.
