**Position Overview:**

We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, a deep understanding of our product range, and a natural flair for upselling. A commitment to excellence is non-negotiable; we expect our budtenders to embody the Happy Time brand in every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service Excellence:** Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, ensuring their needs are met with unparalleled service at every touchpoint.

2. **Product Expertise:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, their uses, effects, and nuances to provide customers with accurate and insightful recommendations.

3. **Upselling:** Identify opportunities to introduce customers to a wider range of products or higher-end options that suit their needs, ensuring maximized sales and customer satisfaction.

4. **Operational Tasks:** Handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.

5. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operational flow.

6. **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated with industry trends, products, and customer service techniques to consistently deliver excellence.

**Qualifications:**

1. MUST BE 21

2. A commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

3. Prior experience in retail or customer service roles.

4. Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
