Why Should You Work With Happy Tails?

We're independently owned.

At Happy Tails, we're proud to be an independent practice without private equity or corporate influence. That means we make decisions based on what’s best for our patients, our clients, and our team—not corporate centered policies. Here, your voice matters, and your growth is supported every step of the way.

You’ll be guided, not just trained.

Our team includes multiple experienced trainers who are passionate about sharing knowledge, staying current with veterinary medicine, and helping others succeed. From your very first shift, you'll be supported through every level of training in a structured, hands-on learning environment. Whether you're new to emergency medicine or looking to expand your skillset, you're never on your own.

You'll have real freedom.

We believe in collaboration, trust, and professional autonomy. You’ll be encouraged to make meaningful clinical decisions, explore new approaches, and contribute to a team that values high-standard of medicine, innovation, and individual strengths.

You'll keep growing.

Here, learning never stops. You'll encounter a wide range of complex cases and medical challenges that push your skills and open new career paths. Our mentorship culture, educational opportunities, and investment in ongoing training are designed to help you grow personally and professionally.

Our facility was designed with you in mind.

At Happy Tails, we’re more than just a hospital — we’re a space built to support the people who make our work possible. Enjoy private break areas, a locker room, and a covered back entrance that opens to a beautifully landscaped outdoor space for your breaks. We offer a certified education allowance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and resources to support your mental health. Because we care about your well-being both inside and outside the clinic.
