Job Summary
We’re currently hiring Pet Sitters to provide Overnight and Extended Stay care for our clients’ pets in their homes. These positions are ideal for responsible, trustworthy animal lovers who enjoy spending quality time with pets.
Available Positions
Overnight Care:
Stay in clients’ homes from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing companionship, comfort, and attentive care.
Extended Stay Care:
Spend 20 hours out of every 24 in the client’s home, offering love, attention, and a reassuring presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide loving care, feeding, walks, and companionship to pets
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the animals
- Communicate with clients and the Happy Tails team in a professional manner
- Respect client privacy and property
- Follow individualized care instructions for each pet
Requirements
- Must genuinely love animals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Excellent communication and dependability
- Honest, loyal, and reliable work ethic
- Must be willing to complete a background check
Job Type
- Part-time, contract-based
- Schedule varies based on client bookings
- Great supplemental income opportunity for pet lovers, retirees, or remote workers
