Happy Tails Doggy Daycare is looking for part time OVERNIGHT Attendant. responsibilities include: general care of over night dogs and light cleaning of the overnight area. Wednesday night hours are currently available 6pm to 7:30am and Thursday night hours 11pm to 7am. Must be over 18 yrs old.
Tasks included, but not limited to: Feeding, administering medications, providing supply of water, providing beds and blankets, bathroom breaks for the dogs, pick up dog poop and urine, clean crates and floors and attending to any other needs that may arise.
Qualifications: Prior experience caring for dogs, must be self motivated, able to work independently, interest in learning about dog behavior, illnesses and care, detail oriented, able to follow specific instructions and the ability to notice if a dog is in any type of distress.
Great position for a student or a second job.
Training hours are between 6pm and 11pm where you would learn the procedures and become familiar with the dogs and their personalities. Once trained the above overnight shifts would be available. There is an opportunity to fill in for co-workers and add additional hours to your week. Your future schedule would be based on your availability. Must be over 18 yrs old and you must have your own transportation.
