We’re currently hiring Experiened/ Certified Veterinary Technicians (2 years in-clinic experience) for.a full-time position to help make Veterinary Medicine a Happier Place.
This is aand is ideal for compassionate professionals who want meaningful work outside the traditional clinic setting.
About the Role
As our Lead Technician, you will play a key role in both patient care and daily operations of our mobile hospital. You will work closely with the veterinarian while also helping ensure each day runs smoothly—from equipment readiness to client experience.
This is a full-time position that is primarily in-person (mobile/in-home visits), with some administrative responsibilities that can be completed remotely.

Patient Care
Support exams, treatments, and diagnostics with calm, skilled handling
Create a low-stress, compassionate experience for pets and families
Mobile Operations
Drive and maintain the mobile veterinary unit
Keep equipment, medications, and supplies organized and ready
Client Experience
Communicate clearly and confidently with pet owners
Build trust through education and a positive, supportive approach
Ownership & Support
Manage inventory and maintain workflow efficiency
Take initiative, stay organized, and follow through on responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced / Certified Veterinary Technician with 2 years clinical experience
- Strong technical skills with confidence in patient handling and procedures
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently without close supervision
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and take initiative
- Calm, skilled, and client-focused approach
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Clean driving record and comfortable driving a mobile veterinary RV
- Passion for improving the veterinary experience for pets and people
Must be able to pass a background check and driving record screening
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
