Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
- Perform equipment installations and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Conduct equipment inspections and provide clear recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate professionally with customers
- Complete all work safely and to company standards
- Utilize Skimmer software to schedule and document all jobs
Requirements:
- Experience in pool equipment repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Working personal cell phone
