Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor patios
- Use various cleaning tools and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized, floors are spotless, and clutter is efficiently organized
- Conduct specialized floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas regularly
- Manage janitorial duties such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about their cleaning preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and general janitorial procedures
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
