Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and insurance.
- Verifying the availability of inhouse incontinence supplies.
- Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues.
- Managing financial expenses and employee weekly schedules.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines.
- Answering scheduling via phone.
- Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
- Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Extensive experience with office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing and rescheduling shifts, as well as recordkeeping.
- Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries.
- Ability to coordinate meetings with venue availability.
- Experience in Title 19 preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fast learner

- Positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
