About Us

Happy Lemon Mission Bay is a fast-paced, team-oriented boba shop focused on quality drinks, efficient service, and a welcoming customer experience.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who are excited to learn and grow. No prior experience needed — we’ll train you from the ground up.

Availability & Commitment Requirements (Important – Please Read)

• Must be available both weekdays AND weekends
• Shifts fall between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• This is a long-term position (minimum 1 year commitment preferred)
• Not hiring for summer-only or seasonal positions

We invest significant time in training (approximately 3–4 weeks), so we are looking for team members who are serious about staying and growing with us long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and create a friendly, positive experience
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare drinks and toppings (we provide full training)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Work with your team during busy rushes

• No experience required — just a willingness to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Team player

Language Skills

Basic Mandarin and/or Cantonese is strongly preferred, as part of training is conducted in Mandarin and we regularly assist customers who may not speak English.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 30 lbs
• Able to reach high shelves
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
