Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks with care in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and storefront
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging and assisting customers
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure tasks are met
• Ensure cleanliness and organization following closing procedures

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista preferred
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for boba!
