Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Boba Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for boba tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience from Happy Lemon preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system for processing transactions and managing customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea, toppings, supplies, and food items; assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- A passion for boba and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
