Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all office areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality.
- Restock janitorial supplies in designated areas and report inventory needs promptly.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs when necessary.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is advantageous.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or painting enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
