Job Description and Organization Goals:

Technicians must create a clean and orderly environment for our clients that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our company’s reputation. We do this through professionalism and communication. Technicians are expected to clean, wipe, and/or disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, and wash floors while following a specific set of procedures, trained during on-boarding, and instructions available in a mobile app.

• Maintaining quality scores of 95% or higher

Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle you can use for work, driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and company policies/procedures with a positive attitude.
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift items of 30 lbs or less and wash all floors on your hands and knees.
• Communicate, report, and problem-solve common cleaning and customer issues.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.

• Team Players - Enjoys working with others, positive attitudes, and excels at communication between team members, management, and clients.
• Takes Initiative - We never stop moving. Think of it as a built-in gym membership at work!
• Time Managers - Ability to follow a schedule and juggle multiple cleanings in one day.
• Strong Eye Muscles - Team members who can spot and remove filth that may be invisible to the untrained eye, especially in a “clean” home.
• Punctual People - Consistently arrives at cleanings on time, fit for duty, and bright eyed and bushy tailed.

Compensation Perks!

• New team members will start out making $20.00 per hour (during training) with the ability to rapidly increase their hourly earnings by taking on more responsibility and consistently passing quality checks
• $21.00 per hour, plus tips and weekly bonuses, after completion of the training program
• PTO after 6 months
• Payment will be distributed via direct deposit every other Friday
• Tips! On average our technicians make an extra $2,500 per year on tips
