Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for quality, safety, and productivity.
- Perform and oversee landscaping projects, tree trimming, tree removal, and property maintenance.
- Operate and supervise the use of landscaping and tree care equipment.
- Coordinate snow removal operations, including plowing and de-icing during winter weather events.
- Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress and scheduling.
- Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment, job site safety, and proper use of materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing and leading field crews is required.
- Professional landscaping experience is required.
- Experience with tree work, including limbing, pruning, and tree removal, is required.
- Snow plow and snow removal experience is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping, tree care, and snow removal equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
