Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, management, and communication.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
- Provide support as needed for dental or medical reception duties if applicable.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with calendar management and administrative tasks is essential.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable but not mandatory.
