Job Summary – Immediate Weekend Openings
We are currently hiring Parenting Time Case Aides with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekend availability is a priority for this position.
The Parenting Time Case Aide provides direct support to families involved with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. This position includes supervising and documenting parenting-time visits, supporting positive parent-child interactions, and transporting children when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and observe parent-child interactions during parenting-time visits.
- Maintain the safety and appropriate conduct of all participants.
- Support and model appropriate parenting and communication skills.
- Arrange, transport, and supervise visits between children in out-of-home care and their parents or siblings.
- Assist families with accessing appropriate community resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services and visits.
- Immediately report incidents, safety concerns, or other required information to management.
- Follow Happy Home Living and Arizona DCS Parenting Time Services policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma/GED plus at least two years of qualifying experience working with children and families OR an Associate's degree in a related field.
- Ability to work professionally with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Ability to meet applicable driving requirements.
- Must have reliable Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday availability.
- Afternoon and evening availability is highly desirable.
Employment Requirements
Applicants must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings and meet applicable Arizona DCS and Happy Home Living background and clearance requirements.
Compensation
$22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Location
This is an in-person, field-based position throughout Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Buckeye, Peoria, and surrounding communities.
Immediate openings available. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is strongly preferred.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
