Dental Office Manager – Pediatric Dental Office
Lead the operations of a busy, growing pediatric dental practice where kids and families come first. We're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who brings energy, precision, and heart to a fast-paced children's dental office. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations including patient scheduling, billing, and records management using EMR/EHR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
- Manage budgeting, medical billing, and financial performance to keep the practice profitable and running smoothly
- Lead and support a team of dental assistants, front desk staff, and administrative personnel, building a positive, patient-first culture
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and other relevant standards through strong procedures and staff training
- Coordinate scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance processes, and an outstanding family experience
- Handle HR functions including hiring, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Keep the office running efficiently: supplies, workflow, and safety protocols
What You Bring
- Proven dental or medical office management experience, ideally in a pediatric or family practice setting
- Hands-on experience with practice management software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Strong leadership and team-building skills in a busy clinical environment
- Solid understanding of medical billing, coding, and compliance
- Comfort with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for pediatric patient care
