- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake assessments, progress reviews, and team meetings to support ongoing patient care and treatment goals. Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.

- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
