Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse learning styles of students.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and individualized instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Provide support for students with special needs through tailored instruction and early intervention strategies.
- Foster literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons.
- Engage in regular communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student performance and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.

Skills
