We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage front office operations and support the daily flow of our fast-paced audiology clinic.
This role is essential to delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and accurately each day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate patient scheduling
- Verify insurance eligibility and support administrative workflows
- Greet patients and guide them through intake and check-in processes
- Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic records system
- Process in-office payments and complete daily financial closeout
- Coordinate hearing aid and device workflows, including:
- Receiving, organizing, and preparing devices for patient fittings
- Managing repairs, drop-offs, and supply orders
- Monitor and manage clinic communications (fax, email, internal systems)
- Support clinic organization, patient flow, and day-to-day operations
