We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
- Employ effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall educational goals of the preschool.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in an educational or caregiving capacity is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Skills in behavior management techniques to effectively guide children's behavior.
- Experience in childcare settings, including preschool, toddler care, or infant care is desirable.
- Background in special education is a plus but not required.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
